Offering a complete line of laboratory capillary rheometers and accessories for characterizing polymer rheology properties to allow optimization of important process parameters.  Meets ASTM D 3835, DIN ISO 11433, and DIN 53014.

The LCR Series Capillary Rheometers are designed to meet or exceed ASTM D 3835 Specifications as well as international standards.  Includes bi-directional PC programming, precision DC servo-drive motor/encoder, digital LED display and touch panel keyboard, cleaning and operating tools, and built-in communication ports.

The LCR 7001 includes (1) 9.5 mm bore dia. X 200 mm long swing-out barrel designed to accept melt pressure transducer mounted 0.25 inch above orifice, (1) Pressure Transducer, Load Cell (specify size), temperature range to 400 C (std.) or 500 C (HT version), recessed design orifice holder nuts, multi-zone heater, platinum RTD for barrel temperature, and over temperature alarm and cut off.  (3) Tungsten Carbide Orifices included.
