Offering a complete line of melt flow indexers, densimeters, and bulk density funnels for characterizing material flow & density properties.  Accessories for resin pellet density measurement.

The MD-300S Electronic Densimeter is capable of measuring specific gravity of readily-floating & pellet samples, such as urethane rubber, plastics, plastic resin pellets, sponge, and wood.  Capable of measuring volume variation factor, indicating error for the measured value, and user-defined measuring time.

Measures weight in the air, weight in the water or ethanol, value of specific gravity, volume.

Offering accessories for accurately measuring plastic resin pellets, including:

    *  Plastic Petri Dishes, Precision Weights, and Precision Screen Assembly with Legs &         Handle for measuring resin pellets in a distilled water bath using a small amount of dish         soap for a surfactant.  Allows accurate plastic resin pellet measurement without the         need for expensive bath solutions (which may require use of a benchtop fume hood

        system).  Full Accessory Kit shown in photo above left, Precision Screen Assembly in

        photo above right.

    *  Pyrex Petri Dishes for measuring resin pellets in an ethynol or propynol bath.  Use of

        a benchtop fume hood system is recommended.  Shown in photo at right.
